    1. Joining and Using Orbit Money

    • By creating an account, you become a subscriber and are responsible for your subscription and payments.
    • Invited users must also accept these terms to use Orbit Money.
    • Subscribers control who can access their subscription and what permissions they have.
    • You must keep your account information accurate and your password secure.
    • We may introduce new features or services with additional terms.
    • All content and intellectual property in Orbit Money belongs to us or our licensors. Don't copy or misuse it.

    2. Pricing and Payments

    • We offer free trials and paid plans. You'll be billed according to your selected plan after your trial ends.
    • Pricing and plan details are shown when you subscribe. We may update pricing, but changes won't apply retroactively.
    • You're responsible for all taxes and fees related to your use of Orbit Money.
    • Additional services may have extra fees, which we'll always disclose before you sign up.
    • To keep your access, make sure your payment information is up to date and payments are timely.

    3. Data Use and Privacy

    • You own the data you enter into Orbit Money, but you grant us a license to use it as needed to operate and improve our services.
    • We respect your privacy and process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
    • We may create anonymised statistical data from your usage to improve our services.
    • We'll notify you if there's a security incident affecting your data, and you may need to notify others if required by law.

    4. Confidentiality and Security

    • If you experience downtime, contact us for support. We may offer compensation at our discretion for extended outages.

    7. Acceptable Use

    • Don't undermine our security, disrupt our services, or use Orbit Money for illegal or abusive activities.
    • Don't copy, reverse engineer, or resell our services without permission.
    • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or our fair use policy.

    8. Termination

    • Your subscription continues as long as you pay your fees. You can cancel with one month's notice.
    • We may terminate your subscription with notice, or immediately if you breach these terms or become insolvent.
    • No refunds are provided for termination, except as required by law.
    • After termination, your data may be retained for a period consistent with our data retention policy, or deleted upon request.

    9. Liability and Disputes

    • You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your use of Orbit Money, except for our own negligence or misconduct.
    • Our services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.
    • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
    • If you have a dispute, contact us first. If we can't resolve it, disputes may be handled by arbitration or small claims court, depending on your location.

    10. Other Important Terms

    • We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes in advance when possible.
    • These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
    • If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
